Jacob H. Wiens was a nuclear physicist who worked on the Manhattan Project from 1943 to 1945. He later worked at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory where he interacted with Luis Alvarez.
Webb worked for Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation.
George F. Popp served in the 603rd Air Engineering Squadron.
Robert J. Stock served as a sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was regularly assigned as a tail gunner to the Bockscar, but did not fly on that plane during the Nagasaki bombing mission in August of 1945.
