Colonel Arthur “Pete” V. Peterson was the Army’s area engineer at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Nageley worked at the 100-F Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from New York University, Hal Behl registered with the National Roster of Scientific and Specialized Personnel and was drafted into the Army.
