Leon O. Jacobson was Associate Director of the Health Division and Section Chief of H-I, Clinical Medicine and Medical Research, at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Mumford worked in the 200 East Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Martin Skinner was born and raised in Michigan, just outside of Detroit. He was trained in Chemical Engineering at Michigan State University before joining the army.
O. E. Miller worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
