Joseph Stout Jr.

Capt. Joseph Stout MD worked for the United States Engineer District Office as one of the few obstetricians in Los Alamos from ’44-46. He delivered his own daughter there in 1946.

Los Alamos was such a close community and Mrs. Joseph Stout would talk about going to dances in the gym.

J. Robert Oppenheimer visited the home of Joseph Stout in Pasadena, CA on a few occasions.
