Kenneth Bainbridge (1904-1996) was an American physicist. In September 1940, Bainbridge was the first physicist to be recruited by Ernest Lawrence to the microwave “radio location” project that became the Radiation Laboratory at MIT.
Frank W. Berzinis served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was a member of the ground crew regularly assigned to the B-29 Up An’ Atom.
Dana Head worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
Wilma Pickert served in the Women’s Army Corps at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
