John M. “Jack” Hubbard was an American meteorologist. Considered one of the brightest meteorologists in the world by the early 1940s, Hubbard was a former student of the renowned meteorologist Irving Crick.
Hannibal Fraga was an engineer. He joined the Manhattan Project in the fall of 1944. He worked in the inspection department at Los Alamos.
J. B. Scully served in the 390th Air Service Group.
Stephen Weber worked at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
