Norma J. Hinton was a laboratory technician at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Owens worked as a “Calutron Girl” at the Y-12 plant at Oak Ridge during the Manhattan Project.
Walter Horne worked on the Manhattan Project as a chemist at the Y-12 Plant in Oak Ridge Tennesee from 1943 to 1945.
Mr. U. M. Staebler graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. degree in Physics in 1942, and had since devoted his entire professional career to the field of nuclear energy.
