Martin Skinner was born and raised in Michigan, just outside of Detroit. He was trained in Chemical Engineering at Michigan State University before joining the army.
Major Frank Salfingere served in the Army at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
Dodge worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
