Carl and Jeanne Crumb wed in Los Alamos

Jeanne (Smoot) Crumb was a nurse at the Los Alamos Hospital during World War II. It is believed that she was recruited from Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where several other hospital workers were recruited.

In December 1945, she married Carl Crumb, a member of the Special Engineer Detachment at Los Alamos.
