John Geffel worked at Oak Ridge as the Prime Building Contractor for Construction of the Oak Ridge facilities. His wife, Teresa Logidice Geffel, also worked as the Chief Nurse-in-Charge at Oakridge’s hospital during the course of the Manhattan Project.
