Fredrick “Fred” D. Johnson was a research assistant at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
John Brady served as a Machinist at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation from 1943 to 1960. He was proud of the work he did at Hanford, though it was always a mystery to his children because Brady wouldn't talk about his job.
Donald D. Fockler served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was a member of the ground crew on the B-29 Full House.
