Duane Sewell began working with the Manhattan Project in 1941. He was one of the first people to arrive at Oak Ridge and experienced first-hand some of the difficulties there with cyclotrons and isotope separation.
Carroll “Red” Gordon (1919-2008) was a machinist at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. Gordon was born in Topeka, Kansas on May 15, 1919.
N. G. Jones worked for the Edenfield Electric Company.
Petty worked in the 100 B and D Areas at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
