Anthony D. Capua, Jr. served as a sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was regularly assigned as an assistant engineer/scanner in the Up An’ Atom, but did not fly in that plane in the August 1945 bombing missions on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Trevor Cuykendall was an American physicist. A pioneer in engineering physics, he worked on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos.
Frances Dunne was an explosives technician in Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. She attended multiple universities but never obtained a degree.
