Jack Aeby graduated Mound City (MO) High School in 1941. He went to the University of Nebraska, studying chemistry until the spring of 1943 when he received his draft notice.
Brawley worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
Dorothy Louise Stinnett graduated as the valedictorian of the 1943 Class of Lenoir City, TN. She was then hired to work on the Manhattan Project at Oak Ridge, where she lived in a trailer for a while.
