Jacob W. Cox was born in Pittsburgh PA. on September 27, 1913. He graduated from Carnegie Institute of Technology on June 8, 1936 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
David Carsen worked for the Kellex Corporation at the K-25 Plant.
