George Banic worked on high voltage power supplies for the General Electric Company in Schenectady, New York, and came to Oak Ridge in March 1944, to help with the Y-12 Plant.
Hyman H. Goldsmith (1907-1949) was an American physicist. In 1943, Goldsmith became coordinator of information for the Metallurgical Lab in Chicago.
