James R. Corliss served as a technical sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was regularly assigned to work as a flight engineer on the Up An’ Atom but did not fly in that plane during the August 1945 bombing missions on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Donald O. Cole served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was regularly assigned to the B-29 Top Secret.
John M. “Jack” Jamison Jr. graduated from Grove City College with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in June 1944.
