O. R. "Big" Simpson was a second lieutenant in military intelligence in charge of convoys carrying plutonium from Hanford to Fort Douglas, Utah.
Attended Cornell University.
Nelen Supert was a stenographer at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago during the Manhattan Project.
