F. C. Uffelman worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant. His ex-wife Jane, also worked on the Manhattan Project.
William Cowart was a design engineer with the Special Engineering Detachment for the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos, New Mexico.
