Augustus “Gus” Kinzel was an American metallurgical engineer. He graduated at age eighteen from Columbia College, and earned a PhD in metallurgical engineering from the University of Nancy in France.
Sherman Winters was a janitor at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Lab (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
L. B. Borst worked for Clinton Laboratories at the X-10 Reactor.
A. M. Monger worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
