Wesley R. Prohs served in the United States Naval Reserve. He also worked as a member of Project Alberta, the team that transported and assembled the two atomic bombs preceeding the August 1945 bombing missions on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Thomas C. Matson served in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron.
D. P. Hall worked for the J.A. Jones Construction Company.
George P. Hammons served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was a member of the ground crew regularly assigned to the B-29 Up An’ Atom.
