Dewitt “Bill” Bailey was originally from New Albany, Mississippi, and was working at an Alabama shipyard when he heard of the job opportunities in Hanford.
Steve Buckingham worked as a chemist at the Hanford site beginning in 1947. He understood well how the B Reactor worked and also worked with the T-Plant.
C. L. Henningsen, Jr. worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
