George Royster was a civilian physicist working at the X-10 graphite reactor in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

William J. Desmond

William J. Desmond served as a 2nd lieutenant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the pilot regularly assigned to the B-29 Strange Cargo.
