Joseph Levinger was a research associate at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Anthony Nazarowski was a member of the Military Police at Los Alamos. Nazarowski served in the 4817th Service Command Unit, 8th Service Command Detachment, which included guarding the Trinity test site in 1945.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from New York University, Hal Behl registered with the National Roster of Scientific and Specialized Personnel and was drafted into the Army.
