Estelle B. Lucas was a laboratory assistant in the Chemistry Division at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Wray B. Garn was born on January 4, 1916 in Yakima, Washington. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and briefly worked as an electrical engineer for the Westinghouse Corporation.
H. B. Whitmore worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
