William T. Allman, Jr. was born in Richmond, Virginia on December 26, 1917. He joined the army before Pearl Harbor, in an attempt to finish his military service before returning to school.
Attended the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
Florence Morrison worked for the United States Engineer District Office.
