John Tempka (1923-2017) was an American engineer. Tempka was born in Boydsville, Ohio. He was studying at the University of Detroit when he was recruited to join the U.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from New York University, Hal Behl registered with the National Roster of Scientific and Specialized Personnel and was drafted into the Army.
Kline worked for Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation.
