John P. McBride was a research assistant in the Chemistry Division at the Chicago Met Lab. He was later assigned to Oak Ridge, where he worked on plutonium purification and on isolating uranium-233 isotopes from thorium.
Stanley G. Thompson was an American chemist responsible for the bismuth phosphate separation process used in the production of plutonium at the Hanford site during the Manhattan Project.
Petersen worked in the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
