Hans Courant (1924- ) is a German-born, American physicist. After only completing one semester at MIT, the army recruited Hans Courant.
Rupp worked at the 300 Area and the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Gilbert N. Lewis (1875-1946) was an American physical chemist. His work with heavy water and resources were adapted by Ernest Lawrence in the development of the cyclotron.
