William P. Norris was an associate bio-chemist at the University of Chicago Met Lab. After a stint at the Dow Chemical Company, he joined the Manhattan Project in July 1944.
Lt. Francis O’ Sullivan was the third officer om the job when he arrived December 11, 1942, had served in Vicksburg, Mobile and the Lower Mississippi Valley before he came to Oak Ridge.
Rhyne worked for Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation.
V. A. Taylor worked for the Roane-Anderson Company.
