Colonel James Marshall (1897-1977) was district engineer of the Manhattan Engineer District. Marshall earned a position in the Army Corps of Engineers during his years at West Point.
Harris worked at the 100-F Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
G. M. Armstrong worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
