National Museum of Nuclear Science & History
Rolf Landshoff (1911-1999) was a German-American physicist. Soon after receiving a Ph.D. in engineering from the Institute of Technology in his native Berlin, Landshoff began to feel nervous about his place in his home country.
Attended Purdue University.
George Cowan joined the Manhattan Project in 1942 at the Met Lab as a chemist for Enrico Fermi’s group, and also worked for Columbia University.
John Armstrong worked for the Kellex Corporation at the K-25 Plant.
