Morris S. Kaplan was a Chemical Engineer for the Houdaille-Hershey Company in Decatur, Illinois. Kaplan was born in Massachusetts in 1921 and grew up in Chicago, Illinois.
Dorothy Pierce was a laboratory assistant in the Chemistry Division at the Chicago Met Lab during the Manhattan Project.
Carolyn Stelzman worked at the K-25 Plant in Oak Ridge as an operator and leak-detector. She also lived and raised her children in Oak Ridge.
