Menges was an Area Engineer and Area Supervisor at the Hanford Engineer Works. He was in the US Navy (USNR) until June of 1943 when he was injured in an explosion on his destroyer.
Marguerite Schreiber was born in Walla Walla, WA. She was raised in McMinnville, OR, and graduated from Linfield College with a degree in French.
Bishop worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
