Robert Miller was an electrical engineer in the Special Engineering Detachment at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, primarily focused on the development of measuring instrument. In early 1945, Miller moved to Dayton, Ohio to work in the Dayton Mound Lab as part of the Project. After the war, Miller returned to Oak Ridge as a civilian worker.
