Eleanor Blanchard served as a sergeant in the Women’s Auxiliary Corps during World War II. She worked as a typist at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project and also operated the switchboard for the Tech Area.
Thomas Guilfoyle was a member of the Military Police at the University of Chicago's Metallurgical Lab from 1943 to 1945.
John C. Pennock attended Cornell University, where he studied engineering. He was a member of the Special Engineer Detachment at Oak Ridge, where he worked as a technical engineer at the K-25 Plant.
