Edward Teller (1908-2003) was a Hungarian-born American theoretical physicist. He is considered one of the fathers of the hydrogen bomb.

Edith King worked on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos. She and her husband, L. D. P. King, were good friends of Edith Warner and frequented Warner’s tea room.
Edward Shapiro was an American scientist and Manhattan Project veteran. After receiving a Ph.D. from Purdue University, Shapiro worked as a research associate for the Manhattan Project at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago and at Oak Ridge.
