During WWII, Dr. Arthur Sucsy worked as a chemist on the Y-12 Plant at Oak Ridge, TN. Dr. Sucsy worked with a team of scientists responsible for examining the physical and chemical properties of uranium.
William J. Collinson served as a 1st lieutenant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the navigator regularly assigned to the B-29 Some Punkins.
Norman W. Ray served as a captain in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron.
