Charles J. Spiegl was a civilian scientist employed by the Manhattan Project. He was involved in radiation toxicology, studying the effects of radiation on animals at the Trinity Site near Alamogordo, New Mexico.
Margaret Ramsey Keck (1923-2016) was an American physicist. Soon after she graduated in 1945 from the University of Rochester with a degree in physics, Keck was hired by the Manhattan Project to work at Los Alamos.
Brown worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
