Sarah Bailey

Sarah Bailey was very young when she went to work at the K-25 plant in Oak Ridge.  She was employed by Carbide & Carbon Chemicals Corporation, a contractor in the gaseous diffusion operation, in 1945.  Sarah was always very proud of the role she played in bringing about an end to World War II.
