Peter Newport Bragg, Jr. served as a civilian engineer working for the U.S. Navy beginning in 1944. A brilliant chemical engineer, he volunteered for a dangerous assignment while employed by the U.
Bill Ginkel was born in Rochester, New York on August 14th, 1920. After graduating from Madison High School, Ginkel spent five years studying Chemical Engineering and Business at the University of Rochester, where he graduated in 1943.
Connor worked at the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
