Hannibal Fraga was an engineer. He joined the Manhattan Project in the fall of 1944. He worked in the inspection department at Los Alamos.
Hope worked at the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Gagen worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
