Dr. Theron G. Finzel was a chemical engineer/chemist. He worked for DuPont, and was  asked to help on the Manhattan Project. He was first sent to Chicago, and later moved to Oak Ridge, TN. He received a certificate from the War Deptartment for his Manhattan Project services dated 6 August 1945 and a Manhattan Project pin.
