John H. Petroski served in the 603rd Air Engineering Squadron.
Elmer began working with the Manhattan Project in 1941. He was one of the first people to arrive at Oak Ridge and experienced first-hand some of the difficulties there with cyclotrons and isotope separation.
W. C. Grube worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
James J. Nickson was a medical doctor and Section Chief of H-III Medical Industrial Hazards and Health Physics in the Health Division at the University of Chicago Met Lab.
