Nancy Farley Wood (1903-2003) was an American physicist, teacher, businesswoman, and activist. Born on a farm in Missouri on July 12, 1903, Wood graduated from Warrensburg Teachers College and taught mathematics and physics.
Arthur M. Ross was born in Revere, MA. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During the Manhattan Project, he served in the Special Engineer Detachment at Oak Ridge, TN at the X-10 Graphite Reactor.
Fred Blackwell worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
