W. G. Minser, Jr. worked for the United States Engineer District Office.
Colonel Franklin Matthias (1908 – 1993) was the officer-in-charge at the Hanford site. Matthias, a civil engineer, had been a close associate of General Groves since the beginning of the Manhattan Project, and was asked to review sites in the West.
Rhoades worked at the 200 West area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
John Mihalkanin was a laboratory helper at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
