LaFern Little was a laboratory technician in the Health Division of the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Samuel Goudsmit (1902-1978) was a Dutch-American physicist. In May 1944, Goudsmit became scientific director of the Manhattan Project’s Alsos Mission, a top-secret operation responsible for gathering intelligence on Germany’s atomic program.
John F. Van Doren worked on the procurement and property staff at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago during the Manhattan Project.
C. W. Robert worked for the H. K. Ferguson Company.
