Carl Helrich (1895-1971) was a civil engineer for the J.A. Construction Company from 1943 to 1945 and helped construct the Oak Ridge town site and plant area.
W. R. McIntosh worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
