Margaret H. Dike was born in Prescott, Arizona, and she grew up in Cimarron, New Mexico. Before the war, Dike worked at the Department of Terrestrial Magnetism in Washington, DC.
Felix Bloch was a Swiss physicist and the winner of the 1952 Nobel Prize. Bloch was born in 1905 in Zurich, Switzerland.
H. J. Weiland worked for the Union Carbide & Carbon Corporation.
Inez O’Brien served in the Women’s Army Corps at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
