WIley Thomas, Jr. worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
William M. Rowe Jr. served in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the regularly assigned pilot for the Big Stink, and he and his crew were later reassigned to Luke the Spook.
Helen Atchley worked at the Y-12 Plant during the Manhattan Project. She and her best friend, Dorothy Stinnett, are both pictured in Ed Westcott’s famous photograph of people going to work in the Y-12 Plant.
Stanley Hall (1924 – present) is an American laboratory technician and scientist who worked on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos, New Mexico.
William T. Allman, Jr. was born in Richmond, Virginia on December 26, 1917. He joined the army before Pearl Harbor, in an attempt to finish his military service before returning to school.
